Pattern Making

Someone has to bring drawings and dimensions to life; the patternmaker creates parts in wood so that they may become metal.

Patternmakers at Berkley can visualize a lob from beginning to end; from the way the metal pours to what the machinist does with it. Teamwork among patternmakers, molders, foundrymen and machinists is what makes Berkley finished parts better.

Everything in one facility... pattern making, metal casting and finish machining.

Plus, the experience to define a problem correctly and the know-how to respond promptly.

Achieving quality takes hard work and persistence. Years ago, Berkley published its first quality control manual and put sampling and checking into routine practice. Our Quality Control Manager reports directly to the Vice President of the Company.
